The design was inspired by the back beach at Point Lonsdale in Victoria

I didn't include the puppet strings in the image - I like the idea of him shedding the strings and prancing onstage into the spotlight

The little antelope shown in the print is based on a blackbuck antelope fawn (or, for those who like their binominal nomenclature, Antilope cervicapra!). The blackbuck is native to parts of India, Pakistan and Nepal. According to Hindu mythology, the blackbuck bestows prosperity on the areas where it lives. I think this particular little antelope fawn is looking very proud
