George head distiller Dave Smith

the wines of Tour Prignac possess a lovely finesse

giving spice and a floral aspect to the fruit

while the first-fill European oak casks provide aromatic hints of liquorice and winter spices balanced by cocoa nibs and light oak from the ex-bourbon casks

The Seeker Sauvignon Blanc 750ml Melon and ume (Japanese green plum)Vineyards are planted at high density in the foothills of the Andes Mountains, starting above 975 meters (3,200 feet), where the altitude and poor soil result in lower yields and a cooler climate for balanced wines. Grapes are handpicked, destemmed and manually sorted, creating a perfectly balanced and acidic wine.
