Glacial Citadel of Celestial Waters modern and the endless possibilities ofA fantastical, digital landscape depicts a large, stylized mosque like structure atop a tiered island, seemingly carved from ice covered rock outcroppings. The island, which rises from a body of dark, slightly choppy water, is formed by jagged, pale blue ice cliffs and ledges.
