8mm Venetian chevron bead in Red- White and Blue with 6 layers (1940s) 6 rows There are 16 Swarovski crystalsThis is a Blue chevron bead which has been made using Venetian cane from the 1940s. The cane has 6 layers of colour glass which has then been cut and shaped to make a bead approximately 8mm in diameter. Due to the production methods there is a lot of variation between the beads so no two are the same size.
