Wine & Soul Manoella, Douro Rosé Wine Good ageing A luminous balance where brightness88 points Revista de Vinhos Manoella Ros is Wine & Soul's Douro ros, made entirely from Touriga Nacional grown on old terraced vineyards in the Cima Corgo. Very pale and delicate in colour, with fresh, complex aromas of raspberry, rose petals and a touch of clementine over a mineral note. Refreshing and balanced on the palate, with good volume and a long finish. Lovely with fish, seafood, salads and sushi. Serve lightly chilled at 12 to 14C.
