This particular expression was distilled in 1999 and filled in to a refill Sherry Butt (cask #7060) before being bottled in the Winter of 2018 at it's natural cask strength of 56%

This new release is matured in a mixture of both American oak and ex-sherry casks

Initally matured in 3 Breckenridge Bourbon Barrels for 882 days before being re-casked in to a single Oloroso Sherry Butt for 481 days - a total maturation time of 3 years

This venerable single cask bottling of Colombian rum comes to us from Dictador
