都因為有低比例Ruiru 11係入邊(Catimor*K7*S28*SL34雜交，頭兩個抗病性比較高，混合比例都比較多)所以有令到酸度稍微降低，風味強度無SL28&SL34咁強，但同時間層次感有稍微增強，因為初次炒容易令到有多數抗病品種我唔鍾意嘅木味，(Catimor係Catirra*Timor hybrid嘅混合，帶有woody 類型負面風味）唯一叫做弱點嘅位就係度，所以烘培上我地縮短發展時間，令到呢隻豆表現出更加持久嘅花香，係呢個結果之下，無太影響到本身Kenya應該要有嘅表現。對比SL28&SL34，更加層次，係另外一種表現。如果唔係好鍾意太高酸，呢個可能就係一個好機會嘗試下Kenya咖啡
