Black / Steel LASTCHANCE The Golden Soviet Submarine -User Manual: EN The Project 1123 Kondor (Moskva) was a carrier cruiser warship that entered service in 1967. The Moskva's were not true aircraft carriers in that they did not carry any fixed wing aircraft; the air wing was composed entirely of helicopters. They were designed primarily as anti submarine warfare vessels, and her weapons and sensor suite were optimized against the nuclear submarine threat, posed by the NATO Polaris submarines.
