Fowles Ladies Who Shoot Their Lunch Shiraz Cocktail this cuvee pairs perfectly withThis is a striking, cool climate Shiraz that leans more Northern Rhne than Barossa in style. Deep purple in colour, the nose is complex and savoury white and black pepper, black olive, ripe plum, dark strawberry compote and blackberry, with subtle mocha in the background. Wild yeast fermentation adds an extra layer of aromatic detail, while 12 months in old 130 year old English oak brings texture without overt oak flavour. On the palate its plush yet
