Moorooduc McIntyre Pinot Noir ABV 13.2% Lovely plums and blue fruitsHand harvested and 100% destemmed, this Pinot Noir underwent wild yeast fermentation with 20 days on skins, followed by natural malolactic fermentation in barrel. It matured for 10 months in French oak (10% new) and was bottled unfined and unfiltered to preserve purity and texture.
