Deep dark richness from the sherry cask, the nose opens with Cereal notes, toffee and apples. The palate is again rich and creamy with of dried apricots and dates with a malty cereal gain which is consistent throughout the line of malts. The dried fruits and a candied dark demerara sugar continue on the length finish
