A vivid pink octopus unfurls across brilliant turquoise arms spreading like petals, smudges of fluorescent orange crackling through the canvas like sparks of pure joy. Painted with the loose, feeling led brush strokes , this is art that opens up the longer you look at it. The octopus has always held a special place in my work.
