Astrolabe Farm Spatlese/Medium Riesling 2024 Australian Whisky with subtle power

with subtle power

this 30-Year-Old is a celebration of Bowmore’s rich fruity and subtly smoky style

he has leaded los técnicos in his fighting for justice and truth

Concludes crisp and fresh with delicate bready notes followed by a late sulphury tang that is subtle enough to be a complexing factor

Any comparisons to Aperol have to end there though as this Aperitivo clearly operates on a whole new level

Astrolabe Farm Spatlese/Medium Riesling 2024 Australian Whisky with subtle powerWines in this Astrolabe range demonstrate winemaker Simons innovative treatment of specific parcels of fruit and his willingness to challenge the everyday winemaking process. The aromas of this wine are of fresh apples, lime juice and lemon zest, with aromatic citrus flower in the background. The palate is zingy with fresh ripe lime and lemon flavours, crisp apples, and a long and clean zesty finish. A naturally sweeter style.
