This expression was bottled in 2023 from a single ex Oloroso sherry Butt. The nose offers notes of treacle, sweet smoke and spiced baked apples. The Oloroso casks have imparted a flavour of sweet spice, orange peel and heather honey. The use of peated barley brings a sweet smoky note which lingers on the finish.
