41" Remnant - nani Iro - Bear Fruit - E - Organic Cotton Lawn yarn dyed gusseted flap pocketA beautiful lawn fabric made and designed in Japan by Nani iro. Meaning "to bear fruit, to ripen," this piece, entirely depicted in pointillism, was inspired by a very old European fabric that I love . I interwoven the image of wild grapes with wildflowers that are currently blooming before me, drawn in dots with ink. The finished product also evokes the expression of "dye nuki," a traditional Japanese dyeing technique" Description: 42 43" 106 108 cm
