Alpha Box & Dice, 'X' Roussanne 2021 Domaine Cachat- Ocquidant this might be your RiojaThe nose poached apples, beeswax and nut brown butter. The palate is heavily textured and super soft compared to Alpha Box's usual laser sharp whites, it's very soft and oily and coats the palate in a delightful fashion. Spiced butter and apple strudel all the way. Delicious!
