Domaine Thomson Crement de Bourgogne Blanc de Blanc NV Other Red Wine After approximately 120 days ofBurgundys (and now yours!) answer to Champagne like Champagne, it is made using the Methode Traditionelle, where the second fermentation takes place in the bottle (and therefore creating the bubbles) Attractive aromas of citrus zest, flowers and crushed chalk. On the palate, its medium bodied, with a fine but mouth filling mousse and an impressive cut and definition. The finish is quite long and persistent.
