Altare Langhe Barbera DOC 2020 Emilia-Romagna with a short maceration onLast born in the classic line of Nicholas: in the beginning it was the Dogliani, then a Nebbiolo and now the Barbera. From vines of 1965 on clays exposed to the South between 300 and 350 meters above sea level of Dogliani. Harvest at the beginning of October, alcoholic fermentation and maceration in contact with the skins for 15 days in cement then 3 months in Slavonian oak barrels and 15 months in cement. Region: Piedmont Grape variety: Barbera 100%
