Sailors Home The Horizon 10yo 700mL Chardonay and a burst of perfumedThe Horizon is a 10 year old blended Irish whiskey from the Sailor's Home range, initially matured in bourbon casks, before being treated to a finishing period in Barbados rums casks. Packed full of vanilla and vibrant fruit fruit notes, this one. Apricot, vanilla pod, banana muffin and clove on the nose. With layers of honey and pineapple on the palate, joined by a touch of pink peppercorn. Fruit tea, toasted crumpets and brown sugar on the finish.
