Dental Gag Scissors Style fox tail butt plug with ratcheting handles that areThis dental gag is a rather unusual scissors style. The gag can be used individually or in pairs. Maximum opening is 1. 5 inches. Set back in the subjects jaw this should be plenty to hold the mouth as wide as you need to use it. Since the gag is off to the side of the face, it might allow less encumbered access than other dental gags. This would be an advantage in face fucking since there would be less worry about bumping the gag.
