Hinoki and Cherry Trivet City Escape Deposit payment to reserve aA versatile pot stand made from fragrant strips of Hinoki and Cherry wood. Unfolded, the strips form a small, striped matt, ideal for a tea or coffee pot. Flipping the individual strips over creates a larger, slatted trivet, perfect for supporting larger pans and dishes. The craftsmen producing these pieces are based in the mountain ranges of Kochi, Japan. Wood is dried for 3 to 6 months before use which maintains the fragrant, oil rich, and sturdy
