As such, this 14 year old was initially matured in bourbon casks before being transferred to charred virgin oak for a finishing period. The result? A superbly honeyed, fruity, and gently spicy Highland single malt. Their spicy and deep Elementa celebrating skills in wood finishing, an art which brings new depths of flavour to their
