For us, when it comes to cord, the wide wale (thicker pile) is critical, and our latest line of cord hats makes that preference clear. In order to get the good stuff, we went to UK, specifically the Northern UK, where Brisbane Moss of Lancashire has been weaving fat corduroy from 100% cotton for a couple centuries now. Due to the thickness and stability of this fabric, we were
