Only 550 bottles were produced and as luck would have it Peter Crawford is an old friend of ours and we got some! The nose is full of bruised apple, lemon rind, and an intriguing steely note. The palate is bouncing with high acidity, juicy red and green apples with a twist of vanilla custard on the finish to help balance all those sharp flavours. This will appeal not only to cider drinkers
