UNIQUE! 1940's Griswold #6 Cast Iron Skillet with Small Block Logo, Grooved Handle, and Smooth Bottom, 699 D Baking dish andit was restored and seasonedGriswold made its "grooved handle" sets for only a brief period of time, towards the latter part of the mid 1900s. The small logo design had three variations of handles, and the grooved handle is the most distinct, and the latest to be produced. Unlike other sets of its time, the grooved handle set is only known to have included the 3,4,5,6,7,8 and 9. This #699 D sits flat and does not spin. Great pan to have!
