A combination of crisp acidity from the Chenin Blanc, richness from the Roussanne, and the exotic fruit of the Verdelho. A creamy, textured quality achieved through native yeast fermentation and aging on its lees. Bright and fresh, making it an excellent "weeknight warrior" wine.
