Justin began his winemaking career in Italy, working for a large company in Chianti, Tuscany. It was here he realised he had the opportunity, with his Italian connections, to make some great value Italian wines that he could market in Australia. Babo makes Prosecco, Nebbiolo and Soave, to name a
