Made for a size 7 1 4" and down. Piteado is a very old technique of hand done embroidery that is still used mainly in Mexico. The threads on this hatband are made of pita, which is the fibers separated from the agave plant. The fibers are then cleaned, and twisted into threads. Then they are ready to be embroidered into a pattern.
