DIFFERENTIAL COVER TO SUIT FLIPPED SUBARU R160 DIFFERENTIAL REVERSE the resistor tricks the ECUCNC milled from 6061 billet aluminium, this differential cover has been designed to be used on a flipped (upside down) R160 differential. The Subaru R160 differential is the most common of the Subaru differentials. The R160 is an 'open' differential that came standard in the Liberty Legacy, Impreza, Outback and Forester The reason the differential would be flipped is to obtain a 'reverse drive'.
