Based on the style I estimate this was handknit from a 1940s era pattern (give or take). Some intricate stitches there, and the sweetest wee buttons. Size is XS, please see measurements below. Underarm to underarm (laid flat) measures 46cm Length from back of neck 48 cm Waist etc are free size as this bed jacket does not fasten past the chest
