RARE 18k Solid Gold Victorian Filigree Necklace, Antique French Belle Epoque Chain c. 1890 (12 g) shaker_locket It has been well wornCrafted in the late Victorian period, c. 1890, this is my all time favorite style of specialty chain. It was likely cut down at some point in its long history from a long guard chain, creating a lovely sautoir. The chain is hallmarked with an eagle head and a rhino head, guaranteeing at least 18k gold purity. It features round medallions which are flanked on both sides by teardrop shaped links. The interiors are filled with lovely filigree
