Warfield Organic Barrel Aged Gin We let our Organic GinWe took the spirit that even gin haters cant resist, and added another layer to it. We let our Organic Gin hibernate for over 6 months in ex bourbon barrels made of rich white oak. When we pull it out, it keeps the wild sage and juniper botanicals of the Northern Rockies, but the barrel magically infused it with vanilla, orange, and baking spice notes. Its a perfect way to put a new spin on a Gin and Tonic, OR an Old Fashioned. BASE SPIRIT: Neutral
