It is one of the oldest slant logos bearing only the ERIE name, rather than the later E. P. U. full marking. The surface is smooth as can be, and will darken with each repeat seasoning. It moves on glass so while it is usable for glass, it would be best on gas or electric coil. Fantastic pan for daily use, and to show off in your gourmet kitchen. Being over a
