Nicola Gatta Cuvèe Nature 30 Lune NV Stemware This IGP Argento Balsamic VinegarComprising 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Nero, this cuve is the epitome of 'Nature' with its straw yellow hue and ultra fine perlage. Each sip is a long, silky journey through green apple freshness, underscored by a creamy, mineral laced finesse that's purely the product of spontaneous fermentation and 30 moons of yeast contact. With no added sugar, every glass is a clean, crisp testament to Nicola's unconventional winemaking on the slopes of Gussago.
