The malt used in this release is Maris Otter, an extremely popular brewing malt which is known for its rich, rustic malty flavours. The name Tsail, is Scots Gaelic for 'originary' (an archaic form of 'originating'). Nose: Fruity (pears, peaches), malty, clearly vanilla. Taste: Soft aromatic and yet voluminous start, liquid honey, tingling spice spreads, spices (vanilla, cinnamon).
