Emilio Vada Moscato d'Asti, 2020 Sparkling the 2007 Côte Rôtie LaA wonderfully attractive sparkler. The nose has peach and fresh picked grapes framed by orange blossoms. Light and airy texture, bright and juicy flavours, delicately sweet but not sugary. A splendid fizz and only 5% Vol. Pair it with fruit based desserts, Asian cuisine, and with savoury snacks.
