This flagship red is made from cannonau, and Sardegna is the only part of Italy where you'll find it. Winemaker Piero Cella has gone for a mid weight, elegant style, leaning slightly more towards pinot noir than say Ctes du Rhne in style. Soft enough to serve with fish, but probably best suited to pasta and rag.
