Signed Program for a performance of Montemezzi's L'amore Dei Tre Re with the Royal Opera, Covent Garden, London on July 4, 1930. This is a four page folded document, containing a full English language synopsis of the opera, and two identical cast pages for the same performance, his hand written signature is on the first of these multiple cast pages (other pages are not scanned).
