Lherie, Paul - Signed "Carmen" Score Autographs Actors - Letter N bold signature on front sideFrench tenor (1844 1937), then baritone, and later a vocal teacher; most famous for creating the role of Don Jose in Bizet's Carmen. Early 1900s vocal score edition of Bizet's "Carmen" genuinely signed by the French tenor in the 1930s with a short sentiment in French, "In remembrance of my creation of Don Jose". Lhrie added at the top a fake signature of the composer Georges Bizet and plus a short sentiment. The vocal score was published by Choudens,
