Fern on Autumn 23"x23" custom throw silk organza is hand dyedThe ice dyeing process is one in which small mounds of ice are piled atop gathered silk piles and sprinkled with dye powder. The ice melts slowly over the silk, and the dye powder drops onto the silk, absorbing intermittently and creating a marbled effect. This multi tonal scarf is 23"x23" and is one ply of heavy silk charmeuse. The edges are hand rolled. Primarily bronze gold, it also has tones of lavender, russet, blue, silver, and teal. Hand wash
