Used but in full original condition, with some very minor varnish chips, some cosmetic casting cracks at the ferrule wraps, and some grip soiling. There is a reel foot impression in the slide band seat and the cap also has a ding on the corner. There is very little wear to the heavy wire snake guides. This is a "Sold by Ambercrombie & Fitch" rod with an agate stripper
