Antique Wabash Stove Board ethnographic This decoy originates from upc. 1920s; Wabash Screen Door Co. Minneapolis, MN Antique 30" x 30" oak and tin stove board. This piece would have been placed underneath a home's stove to prevent exposure to intense heat. It features a wooden plank side with the company branding stamped across it and the reverse features a faded floral and scroll motif. It was manufactured by Wabash Screen Door Co. who, in addition to stove boards, also made screen doors, windows, and washboards.
