Medium fast action. New, unfished condition. Dark wheat straw color cane with two opposed node pattern. Excellent varnish. Brown main wraps with yellow edges and a band of red at the keeper. Carbide stripper and the snake guides are chrome. The step ferrules have a tiny R. K. Bolt stamp on the welt and are fully wrapped up to the welt.
