The nose is perfumed and complex with aromas of ripe red and black fruits over subtle notes of crème de cassis
and a long and pleasing finish
Extremely good structure and broad on the palate and a long lingering finish
Francoise Bedel “L’Ame De La Terre”, 2006 Caviar & Foie Gras Intense fruit - blackberryProduced primarily from Pinot Meunier with an added splash of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir mainly vinified in tanks and also in French oak barrels (15%). Aged 8 years, the resulting Champagne exhibits a beautiful gold colour. The wine has expressive yellow and exotic fruit character on the nose. The texture is round, soft and creamy with a lively line of acidity. A wonderful Champagne to be enjoyed with a meal. Dosage4. 5 g L.
