Kingfisher Bank Hawker Typhoon Nick Stein and hangs inI think in a lot of situations, the simpler the composition of a canvas the better. This is another example of myself not having to travel very far to get a good subject for a painting. It was very tempting to paint in more buildings in the background, in fact I did, but not only did it spoil the composition, I did in the end feel I wanted to catch the place accurately. The buildings were duly painted out and replaced with a Kingfisher looking down on
