Manufactured in Germany by Kaiser Leuchten. The thick textured glass base plate is mounted onto the white frame with three chrome screws which hold it in place. The light bulbs can also be accessed by removing this plate. The circular textured glass shade is also held in place with three matching screws with chrome heads.
