Orvis Battenkill Fly Rod 8' 2/2 #8 9'3" For sale here is anAn Orvis Battenkill bamboo fly rod, 8', 2 piece, 2 tip, built for a #8 line. The rod weighs 4. 4 ounces on my scale. Serial #82958. Medium slow, full flexing action. Lightly used condition with modest grip soiling and cosmetic casting cracks at the ferrule wraps. This is a later rod with the slightly lighter cane temper which is done in a three up node pattern. The main wraps are brown with a carbide stripper and chrome snake guides. The grip is a
