until a recent trip up into the mountains with our camper where we saw another very beautiful sun dog

This artwork was completed using a combination of colored pencils, pastels and graphite. This drawing was done back in 2007. At the time I was trying to find a way to develop a style that was realistic, yet pushed the boundaries of creativity. This artwork has held a very special place in my heart ever since.
