Moutarde - Violette balsamic vinegar Lino Ramble is the McLarenMoutarde Violette de Brive is a traditional purple mustard from Brive la Gaillarde in south west France, made by Maison Denoix (est. 1839) to a recipe dating back to the 14th century. Its deep violet colour comes naturally from grape must (mot de raisin) blended with mustard seeds, with no added colouring. The result is coarse, crunchy and gently sweet with only a mild mustard heat.
