Hinotori 5 Year Blended Japanese Whisky 700ML Size:700ml The vineyards are diligently monitoredHinotori means "Phoenix" in Japanese. It is distilled by the small distillery of the same name "Hinotori" which rises from its ashes after a stop of its production. Founded in 1949, it launches for its 70 years this limited vintage. Made on the island of Honshu, this grain whisky (60% corn, 10% wheat) and malt whisky has been aged in new American white oak barrels for 5 years.
